The terms form part of the agreement between the hotel and the customer and are applied in accordance with Finnish legislation and general consumer protection law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A reservation<\/strong> is considered binding once the customer has received a booking confirmation, for example via email, and has provided the necessary information such as name, contact details, time of arrival, and payment details. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Check-in<\/strong> is from 3:00 PM and check-out must take place no later than 12:00 PM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. If the reservation is not guaranteed, for example by credit card or prepayment, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All prices<\/strong> include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. The hotel reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in taxes, fees, or other statutory costs. Payment shall be made in accordance with what is specified at the time of booking, either in advance or upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation<\/strong> must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, free cancellation is possible until 6:00 PM on the day before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel has the right to charge at least the cost of the first night. For bookings marked as non-refundable, no refund will be made in the event of cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation,<\/strong> the hotel has the right to charge the customer for at least one night and cancel the remaining nights of the reservation. In case of early departure, the hotel must be informed no later than 6:00 PM on the day before departure. Otherwise, the hotel has the right to charge for unused nights according to the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The hotel is responsible for ensuring that the agreed service corresponds to what has been agreed.<\/strong> If there are errors or deficiencies in the service, the customer is entitled to reasonable compensation, such as a price reduction, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The customer is obliged to notify the hotel without delay of any issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the hotel\u2019s property.<\/strong> The hotel is not responsible for valuables that have not been deposited in the hotel\u2019s safety storage facilities, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond the hotel\u2019s control, such as strikes, fire, natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions, or other force majeure events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation<\/strong> and is used solely for the purpose of managing the booking and the customer relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Finnish law. The customer has the right to refer disputes to consumer advisory services or the Consumer Disputes Board.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:64px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General Booking Terms and Conditions for Group Reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>These<\/strong> booking terms and conditions apply to group reservations at Hotel Sea Front unless otherwise agreed in writing. A group reservation generally refers to a booking that includes multiple rooms (more than 7 rooms) or a joint reservation for a group. The terms form part of the agreement between the hotel and the contracting party and are applied in accordance with Finnish legislation and general contract and consumer protection rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A group reservation<\/strong> becomes binding once the hotel has confirmed the booking in writing and the contracting party has accepted these terms. The hotel has the right to require prepayment or a guarantee in order to confirm the booking. The contracting party is responsible for ensuring that the booking details are correct and for informing the group participants of the applicable terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The hotel sets a schedule for confirmation of the number of rooms, participant list, and additional services. The contracting party undertakes to follow this schedule. If the required information is not provided on time, the hotel has the right to adjust the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prices<\/strong> are based on the agreed number of participants and services. All prices include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation. The hotel reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of changes in taxes or fees. Payment terms are determined at the time of booking and may include prepayment as well as final payment prior to arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cancellation of group reservations<\/strong> must be made in writing. The following cancellation terms apply unless otherwise agreed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul style=\"padding-left:1.5em\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation no later than 30 days before arrival: free of charge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation 29\u201315 days before arrival: the hotel has the right to charge 25% of the total booking value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation 14\u20138 days before arrival: the hotel has the right to charge 50% of the total booking value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation 7\u20132 days before arrival: the hotel has the right to charge 75% of the total booking value<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation later than 2 days before arrival or no-show: the hotel has the right to charge 100% of the booking value<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Any reduction<\/strong> in the number of participants must be communicated within the agreed time. A free reduction of up to 10\u201320% of the original number of participants may be allowed up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the hotel has the right to charge for cancelled places in accordance with the above cancellation terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If all or part of the group<\/strong> fails to arrive without prior cancellation, the hotel has the right to charge in accordance with the cancellation terms, generally up to the full booking value. In the event of early departure, the hotel may charge for unused nights and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The hotel<\/strong> is responsible for ensuring that the agreed services are provided as agreed. Any deficiencies must be reported without delay. Any compensation shall be determined in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The contracting party<\/strong> is responsible for ensuring that the group participants comply with the hotel\u2019s rules and for any damage caused to the hotel\u2019s property. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution licence.
