Booking policies

Arrival & departure

The hotel room is available from 3 PM on the day of arrival. The room will be reserved for your arrival until 6 PM local time. If you will be arriving later than that time, you need to inform the front desk by telephone or e-mail before 6 PM on the day of arrival. If you do not inform the hotel about your late arrival the hotel has the right to cancel your reservation at 6 PM. On the day of departure, you must vacate the room by noon (12 AM).

Rules differ for meetings and group bookings.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your booking free of charge until noon local time on the day of arrival. If you fail to arrive without cancelling in advance or if you cancel after noon local time, you will be charged for 50 % of the night. If the hotel has incurred costs specifically related to your booking, you must reimburse these.

Note: If you have made your booking through a hotel booking site, you must use the same channel to make your cancellation.

Pets

Pets are allowed in a couple of rooms on the ground floor. In all the other hotel rooms as well as the breakfast room, pets are not allowed. When bringing a pet, you must inform the hotel of this when making your booking. The hotel charges 10 € / night per pet.

Smoking

Smoking is forbidden in the hotel rooms as well as the common areas of the hotel. If the hotel finds that a guest has smoked in a room, the hotel will charge the guest a 150 € cleaning fee.
